Hello hello!! Hope you all had a fabulous new year!!
We had a pretty solid week here!! Our friend Ibhar has been learning English with us for a while, he has told me every time we call he's coming to Alberta after I get home so he can ride horses, and because he's seen pictures of Alberta on the internet and "I would like that to see" this week we decided to share a scripture about the Atonement and Christ with him!! After we asked him how he felt about it and what his thoughts were. After a second he said I like it, but I am not sure how to describe what I feel except that I feel like I have known this before!!! It was so awesome!! And the veil is so thin it's crazy!!! Later this week we went to take him a Book of Mormon. When we got to what we thought was his house we waited for a solid 10 minutes outside the door waiting for him. There was a lady watching us in the window so we thought he lived in the basement! Then he called us and was like ahhh where are you guys?? Hahaha turns out we had the wrong house and we stood outside this random house for a while!! The poor lady in window probs thought we were gonna break in!! Sorry ma'am !! Hahahaha
I got to watch one of the families I taught in Brampton be baptized this week!! Although it was over zoom I was so happy for them and loved every second of It!!
Everything else going good here!!! Just having good ol time !!!
