I tell people everyday that we have trials and tribulations and stuff and we need to trust the Lord and this is his plan, but I guess the Lord gives us opportunities to learn and grow and practice what we preach!
This was Hanna's deep thought a few minutes after she messaged us and told us she had just received a message that they were no longer training a new missionary. They were supposed to get a new Hermana that had gotten to Calgary that day and they were going to be in a trio. The new missionary is Hanna's best friend's cousin - Hermana Baines who is cousins to Madison Leishman. Hanna and her companion, Hermana Russell, were looking forward to adding another dynamic to their stay-at-home missionary life, and also a chance to train and lead. They were disappointed and Hanna said it also felt like a blow. There must be some reason for the change.... But it was disappointing to them.
